One of the most popular pastimes in Sudan is to dine out. With the lack of nightlife or leisure activities in Sudan, many people tend spend their free time, especially on evenings and weekends, at restaurants and cafés. As a result, food ventures are always in demand with new ones opening every few months. The food and beverage industry is booming in Sudan. There are a variety of restaurants and cafés to choose from, offering local and international cuisines.
